The Royal Mail Postcode Address Finder
contains
every UK postal address that the Post Office delivers to. With the file
containing over 26 million+ UK
Business & Consumer
address records, it's the most comprehensive source for
verifying both Business
and Consumer marketing list addresses.
BT (OSIS) - BT Operator Services Information System -
Using the OSIS file from BT ensures
that the telephone numbers contained within our marketing lists are as up-to-date as possible. Being
the same file as the ones used by the directory enquiries
service, it's one of the most accurate sources
for verifying both business and consumer telemarketing lists.
DMA Preference Services - (MPS) - (TPS) - (CTPS) - (FTPS) -
(EMPS) - The Direct Marketing
Association operates
various suppression files that contain the names, addresses,
telephone numbers,
fax and email contact details of both
businesses and consumers who have specifically requested that
they do not wish to be contacted by direct marketing. It's now a
legal requirement for companies using
outsourced / in-house
direct marketing lists
to make sure that their marketing lists are screened
against these files
on a monthly basis.
National Change of Address - (NCOA) -
The NCOA file compiled
by the Royal Mail lists the names
and addresses of UK
Consumers who are having / have had their mail redirected
within the last 10
years. In most cases unless the
consumer has requested otherwise, the new postal marketing
address
will also be listed.
Gone Away Suppression - (GAS) -
The GAS file holds over 10 million marketing address records of
UK Consumers who have moved within
the past 14 years. Each gone away UK consumer record is
validated for
accuracy, and with a quarter of a million new UK consumer
addresses being
added to the
list each month, it makes it one of the largest and most accurate information
sources for gone away
marketing list suppression.
MORTASCREEN -
The Mortascreen file lists
the names and addresses of over 5 million UK Consumers
who
have unfortunately past away. We use this file on a monthly
basis, to screen our Consumer
marketing lists to ensure that
they only contain the contact details of people who are
actually still alive.
As this file receives approximately
40,000 new entries per month, it's the most accurate and
reliable
source for deceased
consumer suppression information available.
